All sessions must be secured with a cash, check or paypal deposit in the amount of 50% of the total session price at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. The deposit amount will be applied to the overall session cost and the remaining payment must be made in cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or check on the day of the session.
After confirmation of a photography session, Rebecca Emmaunelle Photography will accept cancellations without financial penalty (100% refund) if informed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled session. All other cancellation requests or failure to appear will result in a forfeit of the session deposit. Cancellations made due to weather related conditions can be rescheduled to a later date without penalty.
