Her powerful, integrative approach is honed by a rich professional journey: at the Ford Foundation, she drives global organizational culture strategy; at the design and innovation firm IDEO, she led global learning and development; and her deep commitment to equity is rooted in over a decade in higher education. Her work in this sector began with the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP), where she worked directly with students from low-income backgrounds, culminating in her role as a Chief Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer.

Rebecca firmly believes that the work of self-discovery—understanding our own internalized conditioning and power—is the essential path to aligning individual desires, values, and beliefs with the systemic change required for institutions to achieve their highest missions. She founded Rebecca Emmanuelle Coaching and Consulting to create a dedicated space for this transformative work, focusing on clients ready to lead with vulnerability, integrity, and purpose.
